Shipping Policy

Orders ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise noted. All sales received by 2:00 PM are shipped SAME DAY, while orders after 2:00 PM are shipped the next morning. Overnight and 2 Day shipping options are also available through the Shopping Cart Checkout.

We ship to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Shipments to locations outside of the US can also be arranged. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options.

Return Policy contained in limited warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY
Green 43 (“Company”) warrants that upon delivery by Company to Purchaser, the products shall substantially meet the weight and bacteria count contained in the purchase order, product literature and/or sales documents issued for the period of time when the products are sold.  Minor deviations in the weight and bacteria count are permitted. “Purchaser” means the first customer of Company for the product.  Purchaser shall immediately inspect the product upon delivery and notify Company of any product failing to conform to this Limited Warranty.  Company’s sole liability is to replace any non-conforming product. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

Damage to products while being transported, stored or handled by the Purchaser or third parties is specifically excluded from this Limited Warranty.
